This might be a confusing headline to a company offering storage as a service, but we actually don’t mean this tongue-in-cheek whatsoever. We think customers can gain far better agility, services and cost savings by taking advantage of Enterprise Storage as a Service model on-premises and in the cloud.

Next week, we’ll be kicking off the new year at Storage Vision 2015 conference. The conference (already in it’s 14th year!) will take place from the 4-5th of January, at The Riviera, Las Vegas. Data storage is the key enabler for virtually every facet of modern society and Storage Visions is the place to meet and hear from the innovators driving this technology forward.

We’re excited to head out to AWS Summit in San Francisco this week! It’s always an exciting event packed with technology innovation, great discussions and new connections.

Yesterday I attended the OpenStack Enterprise Forum at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View (one of my favorite venues, by the way). As the first storage company to join the OpenStack community back in the spring of 2011, we’ve been following, participating in and contributing to this fast growing ecosystem and specifically its enterprise readiness.
