Job Description:

The Partner Business Manager will be responsible for identifying and enabling potential new partners and engaging with resellers on a high energy team that shares together to build significant business activity around implementing Zadara solutions within their customer environments.
Responsibilities:
• Understand partner business goals and help align their targets with our products
• Ensure partner expectations are met by executing a strategic and tactical plan for growing Zadara’s channel business with the Zadara Field/ HQ Sales Teams
• Build, implement, and manage a detailed partner plan that proactively assist partners achieve their sales goals
• Create demand by leveraging marketing collateral, campaigns, webinars, and events
• Provide support to partners through in-person and virtual presentations, accurate technical information, and updated pricing details
• Develop communication cadence with both new and existing partners as well as with internal stakeholders
• Consistently close business at or above quota by developing sustainable revenue for the organization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or other technical discipline
• Solid understanding of complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team while demonstrating flexibility and initiative
• Extensive knowledge of on premise and cloud storage
• Prior experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, and or enterprise storage through a channel model
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of achievement
• Proven experience accurately forecasting pipeline and delivery results
