Ensuring Better Value for Our Customers

Doug Jury, VP of Sales, takes a look at how Zadara’s latest price reduction enables our customers to do more, and do it better.

The last line of my Zadara Storage email signature reads: ‘Customer Service is in our DNA’ – I think this motto has not only been part of Zadara’s sales force and 24/7 engineering support for our customers, but it returns to the first line of code our engineers wrote – Zadara’s flagship offering, Virtual Private Storage Arrays (VPSA), were designed to help customers do more, at a better value and with unprecedented flexibility, cost-efficiency and control.

This morning’s announcement of our new pricing – with dedicated drives reduced by up to 51% and Zadara’s Enterprise Suite of data management features (ie., cloning, snapshots and data-at-rest encryption) now complimentary – is a culmination of our rapid growth, new partnerships and growing revenues (this is the third consecutive quarter of doubling revenues). We felt our dramatic expansion should be something that also reaches our customers, and we’re passing along the savings from our Tier 1 partnerships and hardware cost decreases to you.

The new prices for our wide range of dedicated drives (SAS, SATA, SSD in various speeds and capacities) are available from today, and already appear in the VPSA cloud console, across our global locations.

For existing customers, we’ve already updated your billing rates, and your upcoming invoice will reflect the new pricing for the entire month. If you are not a current VPSA customer, you can access the cloud console by registering here and create an account to begin a free trial.

We’re thrilled to share our success with our fast growing customer base, and to help more and more organizations take advantage of the cloud by delivering exclusive enterprise-grade storage capabilities with superior flexibility and greater value.
